Compatibility of the Proposed Equipment with the Existing Foundation The tender participant shall confirm that the proposed 3000T HPDC machine can be installed on the customer’s existing foundation without modification to the geometry or structure of the foundation. The supplier shall confirm in writing that the proposed general layout of the 3000T High-Pressure Die Casting complex is fully compatible with the customer’s existing foundation. In case of any discrepancies identified after delivery of the equipment, the supplier shall: revise the general layout; provide technical solutions to eliminate the discrepancies; compensate for any possible additional costs. The portfolio shall include: Brief company description: year of establishment, production facilities, number of employees, and availability of R&D facilities. List of HPDC machines manufactured and supplied during the last 5 years, indicating: clamping force, year of manufacture, and country/city of delivery. Minimum 3–5 reference projects for HPDC machines with a clamping force of 3000T and above. Photographs of the equipment at the manufacturer’s plant and at customer sites. Customer contact details for confirmation of supplies. Quality and conformity certificates (ISO, CE, or equivalent). Information on the availability of a service department and spare parts supply. If the tender participant is not the OEM, it shall provide an official letter from the manufacturer confirming that the participant is an official distributor or authorized representative of the manufacturer, as well as the above-mentioned portfolio and supporting documents of the manufacturer. Confirmation of the HPDC Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Experience The tender participant shall provide a portfolio confirming that it is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of high-pressure die casting (HPDC) machines, as well as its experience in the design, manufacturing, and supply of such equipment. The portfolio shall include: Brief company description: year of establishment, production facilities, number of employees, and availability of R&D facilities. List of HPDC machines manufactured and supplied during the last 5 years, indicating: clamping force, year of manufacture, and country/city of delivery. Minimum 3–5 reference projects for HPDC machines with a clamping force of 3000T and above. Photographs of the equipment at the manufacturer’s plant and at customer sites. Customer contact details for confirmation of supplies. Quality and conformity certificates (ISO, CE, or equivalent). Information on the availability of a service department and spare parts supply. If the tender participant is not the OEM, it shall provide an official letter from the manufacturer confirming that the participant is an official distributor or authorized representative of the manufacturer, as well as the above-mentioned portfolio and supporting documents of the manufacturer.
