1. Data source. The data in the file is collected from open government registers and other public sources. Orginfo.uz does not guarantee its completeness, timeliness or accuracy: an organization's details may have changed in the register, the organization may have been liquidated, or the data may have been entered incorrectly.
2. Price and payment. The price is calculated in tiers based on the number of organizations matching the filter and is shown before payment. The amount is deducted from your account balance. The balance is topped up via Payme or Click, which issue the payment receipt.
3. File. The CSV file is generated automatically after payment and can be downloaded again in the "My purchases" section. The file reflects the list of organizations at the time of purchase. Updated data requires a new purchase at the full price.
4. Refunds. Payment is non-refundable once the file has been generated. If the file cannot be generated for technical reasons, the amount is returned to your balance.
5. Use of data. The buyer is solely responsible for using the data in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the laws "On Personal Data" and "On Advertising". Using the data for fraud, spam or any other unlawful purpose is prohibited.
6. Distribution. Selling the file or its data to third parties, publishing it, or distributing it to build other databases is prohibited.
7. Hidden data. Phone numbers of organizations that use the phone-hiding service are not included in the file.
8. Liability. Orginfo.uz is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the data.
9. Changes. These terms may change. When they do, you will be asked to accept the new terms before your next purchase.
